Standard Booth Size: 8’ x 8’
Included with Each Booth:
• One (1) 6’ draped table
• Two (2) chairs
Additional furnishings, power, or services may be ordered directly through Little America (see Vendor Packet below)
Set-Up Times
Sunday, February 22
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Important: All booths must be fully set and in place by Monday at 8:00 AM. Early or late setup outside these times must be coordinated in advance.
Tear-Down
Monday, February 24
Tear-down may begin after the final General Session in the Grand Ballroom at 2:30 PM.
All booths and materials must be completely removed by 3:30 PM.
Vendor Packet & Utilities
A Vendor Packet from Little America Hotel & Resort will be provided to all exhibitors.
This packet will include:
• Power and electrical ordering information
• Internet access details
• Shipping, loading, and delivery instructions
• Additional service options and deadlines
